High growth strategy.

Ascona Group was founded in 2011, but since 2018 we have embarked on a high growth strategy which has seen us expand from 2 to 59 sites across the UK in less than three years. With long-term financial backing, a proven formula and an attractive pipeline of potential sites, our story is only just beginning.

Our goal is to own and directly manage 300 site locations within the next three years.

The business is now firmly within the top 10 independent forecourt operators in the UK at number seven and the target is to turn Ascona Group into a top three provider within the next three to five years.

Partnerships

Strategic partnership's with retail partner Nisa, alongside a range of in-house brands, have helped to generate impressive financial results, with annual run rate revenues in excess of £200m and operational EBITDA of £15m.

With an addressable market of c.3000 independently-owned forecourts, ultimately, the vision for Ascona Group is to continue to expand the portfolio to over 300 sites over the next three to five years.
