Ascona Group is an independent petrol forecourt operator based in Pembrokeshire that operates across England &Wales. We have exciting plans for the future with the development of our existing sites including (Petrol stations, Fish bars, Laundrette and now a restaurant and Lodge) as well as new sites joining our network.

What would my main responsibilities be as waiting staff at the forge?

·        Provide a great service to all our customers,

·        Assisting with food and drink preparation.

·        Serving customers meals and taking orders and making sure the kitchen is aware of orders and how busy the restaurant is and any information that will be helpful to the kitchen. (e.g. if a customer has a food allergy)

·        Working on the till processing orders, following cash handling protocols.

·        Restocking the area the bar and condiments

·        Making sure the restaurant is clean, tidy, and ready for service, clearing tables, washing up, sweeping, and mopping floors.

·        Ensuring 5* food hygiene standards are upheld.

·        Working well independently and as a team.

·        Helping the kitchen prepare food

·        Be polite, friendly, and professional to colleagues and customers at all time while having a can-do attitude, no job or request is too big or small
