We own, operate and directly manage service stations across England and Wales. A retail network that has grown from 2 to 61 sites in 4 years, with annual sales revenues in excess of £220m per year. We currently employ 784 staff across the UK with over 250 located in Wales. We have exciting plans for the future with the development of our existing network as well as new sites joining our estate. We plan to own and operate 300 sites in the next 5 years and therefore as our estate grows we need more team members.

What would my main responsibilities be as a Supervisor at Ascona?

· Provide a fantastic customer service experience

· Be helpful and polite to all customers and colleagues.

· Be an all rounder - Cash handling, use of the till, stock replenishment, cleaning duties, ordering stock.

· Sell products according to policies and procedures E.g. Challenge 25.

· Be flexible to cover shifts

Lead a team of staff to carry out duties set by the Site Manager

Your core duties will include:

• Serving and engaging with customers
• Accurate cash handling
• Supporting the manager at all times
• Stock replenishment throughout the store
• Receiving both wet and dry stock deliveries
• Maintaining the back office stock control system
• Carry out the required due diligence checks
• To be part of the team to help maintain standards throughout the store and forecourt
• To aid in the training of staff
• To help cover shifts during holiday + sickness
• Assist with admin duties

Lone working - Must be over 18

Needs to be flexible to cover sickness

Previous retail experience would be an advantage, however, full training will be provided.

The position is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
