We plan to own and operate 300 sites in the next 5 years and therefore as our estate grows we need more team members.

Applicants should have experience in hospitality and food catering.

What would my main responsibilities be as a catering assistant at Forge Service Station?

• Cook and prepare food
 
• Adhere to budgets
• follow recipes and presentation specifications
• adhere to all food hygiene and safety standards
• Restock items as needed and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy
• Ensure the kitchen runs efficiently.
• monitor fridge and food temps are correct to food hygiene standards
• Food hygiene paperwork
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen at all times
• Liaising with the cook, staff and management team

• Serve customers
• Stock control - including stock rotation and ordering
  ‍
• Some lone working would be required
