Job Description

Day to day management at

Ascona Fish Bar, Pelcomb Service Station, St Davids Road, Haverfordwest,Pembrokeshire.

Ideal candidate has fish and chip cooking experience.

Day to day management of the business unit

Operating within budgets

Food cooking and preparation including:

Cuttingfish, making batter, oil management

Cookingfish, chips and other menu items

Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and following health and safety regulations

Stock control - including stock rotation and ordering

Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.

Management of staff and management of rotas.

Overallsite management of the Ascona Fish Bar.

Margin management, profitability of the business unit.

Dealing with customers / general public.

Liaising with Area Managers and Management of Ascona Group
