Based in Pembrokeshire, Ascona Group is among the fastest-growing companies in Wales. As an independent petrol forecourt operator, we hold the 8th position in the UK Top Indies list. Our retail network comprises 61 sites across England and Wales, managed and owned by us. Our sales revenues exceed £300m per year, and we have a workforce of 821 individuals, with 294 of them based in Wales.

As we continue to expand, we have exciting plans for the future. This includes the development of our existing network, as well as the acquisition of new sites. Our goal is to own and operate 300 sites within the next 5 years. Therefore, as our estate grows, we require more team members to join us.

‍What would my main responsibilities be as a Night Sales Assistant at Ascona?

· Provide a fantastic customer service experience,

· Be an all-rounder - Cash handling, stock replenishment, Cleaning duties, etc

· Sell products according to policies and procedures, E.g. Challenge 25.

· Be flexible to cover shifts

Night sales assistants at Ascona would be required to work alone. Hours from 10 pm-6 am. Due to legal requirements, must be over the age of 18.

The safety of our employees is paramount. The successful applicants will be serving customers' needs through the safety night hatch, whilst the main store is closed and secure, however, due to this position being night and lone working - We require our night sales assistants to be alert and vigilant at all times.
