We own, operate and directly manage service stations across England and Wales. A retail network that has grown from 2 to 61 sites in 4 years, with annual sales revenues in excess of £220m per year. We currently employ 784 staff across the UK with over 250 located in Wales. We have exciting plans for the future with the development of our existing network as well as new sites joining our estate. We plan to own and operate 300 sites in the next 5 years and therefore as our estate grows we need more team members.

In order to be successful in this role you should have:

• Experience of working in a kitchen environment
• Have or be willing to work towards their Food Hygiene Qualification level 3.
• Knowledge of related legislation and regulations and the ability to ensure these are implemented.
• Must have own form of transport.

Job Role:

• Ensuring the highest quality of customer service at all times.
• Ensuring that the kitchens consistently produce safe, high quality food with minimal wastage.
• Comply with all Health & Safety, Food Safety and COSHH Requirements
• To operate a cost-effective stock rotation system to minimise wastage.
• Ensure all relevant kitchen documents are up-to-date including allergen, temperatures & delivery record sheets.
